our featured performer ... jaysin voxx #voxxitout

Jaysin's music career started when he was offered a rare opportunity to write a song for Akron's Konvict Muzik titled, "Goddy Body."

He discovered his passion at the age of 6 when he began singing in his church and schools. Since then, he has been singing, performing, and songwriting.

Growing up in the Bay Area exposed him to an edgier side of R&B and rap, which shows thought in his writing and energy-filled performances.

Jaysin's recognizable sound is pop with soul, a hip-hop inspired artist.

Three productions kick off the season in alternating repertory on September 9. Weathervane Theatre is the first theatre in the country since COVID-19 to be granted permission to mount a full-fledged production indoors in front of an audience featuring members of the AEA union.

This September and October, the season consists of Little Shop of Horror, Miracle on South Division Street, and The World Goes Round. Directors for these projects include three of Broadway's finest, Kevin Smith Kirkwood, Amiee Turner, and Ethan Paulini. Ethan has been on of emaginesuccess's favorites for years.

LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS: The deviously delicious Broadway and Hollywood sci-fi smash musical about Seymour, a mild-mannered floral clerk who discovers a mysterious plant that catapults him to botanical fame, with one slight drawback — the plant thrives on human blood. Book & lyrics by Howard Ashman with music by Alan :. Directed and choreographed by Broadway’s Kevin Smith Kirkwood(K inkyBoots)andmusicdirectedbyMatthewEveringham.Cast:JorgeDonoso (Seymour), Marisa Kirby (Audrey), Robert H. Fowler (Mr. Mushnik), Ethan Paulini (Orin Scrivello, DDS), Monica Rosenblatt (Audrey II), Nicole Fluegge (Crystal), Grace Livingston Kramer (Ronette), Jewell Noel (Chiffon), Connor Buonaccorsi (Male Swing).

MIRACLE ON SOUTH DIVISION STREET: Buffalo, NY might be depressed, but Clara Nowak is not. Staunchly religious, the mother of three is an organizer for her soup kitchen and the caretaker of her family's local claim to fame: a 20-foot shrine to the Blessed Mother commemorating the miraculous night in 1942 when she appeared to Clara's father in his barbershop. When daughter Ruth announces she’s creating a one-person show about the family miracle, a deathbed confession causes the family legend to unravel. A heartfelt comedy of faith, family, and the twists of life. Written by Tom Dudzick and directed by Weathervane Producing Artistic Director Ethan Paulini. Cast: Deborah McFadden
